Logistics and Warehouse Information

Submitting a request through the Website does not create a binding service agreement. Services remain subject to availability, operational requirements, pricing, capacity, and any separate written agreement between You and the Company.

Pickup times, delivery times, shipment updates, and warehouse appointment times are estimates unless expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement.

SMS and Email Communications

By providing your telephone number or email address and giving the required consent, You agree to receive communications from Z Transportation Inc. and Z Logistics.

Messages may include application updates, employment information, customer support, company announcements, warehouse notifications, pickup and delivery updates, service information, and promotional communications.

You may unsubscribe from text messages at any time by replying STOP. After submitting an opt-out request, You may receive one final message confirming your request. For assistance, reply HELP or contact Us using the information below.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the email.

Consent to receive promotional text messages or emails is not a condition of applying for employment or purchasing services. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
